The petitioner is accused in connection with Nalanda Excise Case No. 39 C-3 Ex./2012 registered under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 200 pouches each containing 200ml country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10020 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(Excise), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Nalanda Excise Case No. 39C-3 Ex./2012.
