2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for a direction upon the respondents for the issuance of bonds to the petitioner no. 1 with respect to compensation Case No. 272/6162/227(A), 273/61-62/227(B), 179/55-56, 179/5556/A, 179/55-56/B, 179/55-56/C, 179/55-56/D, 179/55-56/E, 8/DC/87, 8DC/87, 8/DC/87, 8/DC/87 for which sale deeds were registered on 07.01.2016.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19097 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 (ii) for a direction upon the respondents for the issuance of bonds to the petitioner no. 2 with respect to compensation Case No. 1336/6869/A, 1336/68-69/B, 1336/68-69/C, 1336/68-69/D, 1336/68-69/E, 1336/68-69/F, 1336/68-69/G for which sale deeds were registered on 07.01.2016. (iii) for a direction upon the respondents for the issuance of bonds to the petitioner no. 3 with respect to compensation Case No. 268/5556/A, 268/55-56/B, 268/55-56/C, 268/55-56/D, 268/55-56/E, 268/55-56/F, 268/55-56/G, 268/5556/H, 268/55-56/I, 268/55-56/J, 268/55-56/K, 268/55-56/L for which sale deeds were registered on 07.01.2016.

(iv) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law."

This Court is appreciative of the fact that learned counsel Mr. Bidhanesh Misra representing the petitioners candidly submitted that during the pendency of the petition, a meagre amount was handed over to the petitioners which was challenged in CWJC No. 127 of 2018 (Md. Kalim Akhtar & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar) which came to be dismissed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.19097 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2025 3/3 23.11.2023 and in that background, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as such, prays for withdrawal of the petition.

5. Accordingly, the same having become infructuous, the writ petition stands disposed of.
