The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 20/21(c)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 200 gm of Ganja and 82 bottles of Correx (wiscof) prohibited cough syrup have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. The alleged Ganja is of small quantity. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
