The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case No. 594/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but it appears that one Shamim Khan was apprehended and he disclosed the name of Bablu Khan and the petitioner. The petitioner also confessed his guilt and from the house of the petitioner Rs. 5000/- was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The investigating officer has forcibly taken signature of the petitioner on the blank paper. Similarly situated co-accused namely Bablu

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48054 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 Khan and Shamim Khan have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case No. 594 of 2014.
