Taking into consideration that in huge quantity explosive substances and Jeletin were recovered from the house of the petitioner as well as from other places on the basis of his disclosure and apart from this, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 715 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned court stands rejected.

However, the concerned court must expedite trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
