Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Lovekush Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Ram Sumiran Rai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named and in view of the fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50277 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is prima facie influencing the effective investigation of the case, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named has not been able to make out any case to be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
