The learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual Court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology. Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bind P.S.Case No.119 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 326, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7156 of 2020(3) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif. After some arguments, Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the court below seeking prayer for regular bail placing reliance on the order dated 17.01.2020 passed in the case of co-accused Tunna Chauhan; as well as highlighting the fact that the Doctor's opinion on the injuries sustained by Bipin Chauhan has not yet been received. In this view of the matter, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.
