Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature.
