Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 59672 of 2017 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.

This Court does not find any new ground taken in the second anticipatory bail application.

Therefore, this second anticipatory bail application is accordingly dismissed.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court
