1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the objection raised by the office note dated 06.04.2023 is unfounded as the LTI of petitioner no. 2 has been identified, as would be evident from the Vakalatnama filed by Mr. Harendra Prasad, thus, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defects be ignored.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the defects as pointed out by the office are hereby ignored.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23218 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/3 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are women.
6. The informant alleges that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 caught him and petitioner no. 1 assaulted by Khanti causing injury on his head thereafter fled away.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and from perusal of the impugned order, it would manifest that on intervention of the well wishers a compromise has been entered between the parties.
8. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where
