JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel representing the Informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections376,313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and seeks regular bail. The prosecution case as per the First Information Report is that petitioner, giving assurance to the informant of marrying her established sexual relationship with her and continued with such relationship for a year and thereafter refused to marry her. The petitioner allegedly got the pregnancy aborted. Learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

No.50060 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 However, keeping in view the nature of allegation and the prosecution story, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.
