The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.80 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 384 and 212 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, Section 17 of the Cr.L.A. Act and Sections 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P.A. Act. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner was apprehended from the house of co-accused Ramashish Yadav from where indiscriminate firing was made by the miscreants on the police party, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within nine months
