2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 20 litres illicit country made wine has been recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner, the
