The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014, registered under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 67 of Immoral Traffic Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner tried to commit rape upon the victim and tried to make blue film of the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 14. 06. 2014 and allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Spl. Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014.
