The petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 337, 379, 325, 307, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which he is in custody since 10.08.2014. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to some altercation, which took place on account of quarrel between the parties, for which two different cases bearing Mufasil P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014 and also Muffasil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014 were registered.

It is further submitted that the petitioner is cousin of the informant and the clash took place between the two families

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2014 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014.
