The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 506, 307, 353, 427, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and no one has injured by him in the alleged occurrence. It is submitted that the petitioner is a member of mob and there is no criminal history against him.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19747 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Muzzafarpur East in connection with Sakra P.S.
