Two petitioners, who are in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 147, 341, 342, 323, 384, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code have prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 30.7.2014 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 14.8.2014.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let both the petitioners namely Munna Kumar and Adarsh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49450 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014.
