This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority, respondent No. 1 to 5 for grant of electric bill to the petitioner premises within stipulated period, petitioner being a bonafide consumer bearing Consumer No.607670004 (ME76706) which was disconnected in the month of August 2012. At the time of disconnection the final reading was

Patna High Court CWJC No.2467 of 2024(3) dt.29-04-2024 2/3 36844KWH (5548600 KVAH) (ii) For issuance a direction that after depositing the outstanding bill amount which was raised by the respondent authority on the petitioner on the basis of Report dated 06.02.2020, the electric connection of the petitioner premises may be restored within 48 hours.

(iii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority, Respondent No.1 to 5 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner before the respondent authorities Executive Engineer and Superintending Engineer on 24.04.2023, 08.06.2023, 03.08.2023 and 16.12.2023 within stipulated period."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is willing to pay the dues which are levied by the authorities. The petitioner is directed to approach the Respondent No. 4 along with the representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation, the Respondent No. 4 shall give the statement of account of the petitioner containing all the details of the arrears of electricity dues within a period of one week thereof.

4. In case the petitioner pays entire due amount, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2467 of 2024(3) dt.29-04-2024 3/3 authority shall take necessary steps for re-connection of the electricity supply within a period of one week from the date of payment of the amounts demanded by the authorities.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
