ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 20.09.2014 by which the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Muzaffarpur has refused to discharge the petitioner in Sessions Trial No. 713 of 2013.

Considering that the petitioners seek discharge on question of fact which cannot be gone into at stage under Section 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
