JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 532 of 2013 arising out of Surajgarha P.S.Case No. 271 of 2003 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 39187 of 2014 on merits.

It would be evident from the impugned order passed by the trial court that out of fifteen witnesses, two have died and nine have already been examined.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48595 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 aforesaid order dated 24.09.2014 and the advanced stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
