The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 919 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Maushad Ansari. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of
