Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60128 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19802 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur P.S.
