2. The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59383 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.298 of 2022, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 17.10.2023 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23820 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
