The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.383 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354(B), 427, 308, 379, 420, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.4,50,000/- to the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19633 of 2021(6) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.383 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will furnish his bail bond along with demand draft for Rs.50,000/- in the name of the informant. Thereafter he shall be granted provisional bail for a period of six months. The petitioner will pay the entire amount in installment in one go, which is convenient to him, within six months. After payment of the entire amount, his provisional bail shall be confirmed. Upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, bail bond of the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled and he shall be taken into custody. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
