JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 24-02-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the memo no. 871 dated 07.02.2025, now, the respondents have permitted to join the petitioner accordingly, the petitioner has joined on 08.02.2025. He further submits that as of now, only grievance of the petitioner is left that he has not been paid his salary from the last four months i.e. from 07.10.2024.

2. Considering the above submission made by the counsel the petition is dispose of as his main grievance has

3. The respondents are directed to decide the claim of the petitioner regarding his remaining salary in accordance with relevant rules and law as early as possibly probably within 30 days from the date of receipt/ production a copy of this order.
