2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that relevant prayer in the present writ petition has squarely covered and considered by the order dated 19.09.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 766 of 2019.

3. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation with District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah along with the order passed in L.P.A. No. 766 of 2019.
4. The District Magistrate, Bettiah is directed to verify that whether the case of present petitioner is covered from the decision of the above mentioned case or not. If he finds that the case of the petitioner is covered by the said decision then he is directed to grant relief to the present petitioner also and if it has been found that the case of the petitioner is not covered, then he is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order within 90 days from the production of the order.
In the present fact and circumstance, this writ petition is disposed of.
