Patna High Court CWJC No.20463 of 2016(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 consider the case of the petitioner for illegal encroachment of the land of the petitioner by construction of school building and boundary in the land of the petitioner without permissions of the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of direction to the respondents to vacate the settled land of the petitioner, who have forcibly encroached the land of the petitioner by constructing School Building with conspiracy of the private respondents and further give other legal consequential benefits to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Purnea for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
