The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.119 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Pawan Singh alias Pappu Singh, the nephew (Bhagina) of the informant, Rajniti Prasad Singh, had gone to his sasural to the attend the marriage of his sister-in-law on 27.04.2014. On 29.07.2014, the informant received message about the mis-happening then the informant went the sasural of his nephew but he found the house locked and there was no any member and behind the house in a pit, the dead body of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48382 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 nephew of the informant was found.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the in-laws of the deceased rather he is relative of the in-laws of the deceased as the petitioner is the son of niece of the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.07.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.
