JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Heard Mr. Ravi Prakash Dwivedi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Suresh Kumar, the learned A.C. to G.P.1 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General through video conferencing.

From perusal of the counter affidavits filed by the Accountant General and the State, it appears that the P.P.O. has already been issued to the petitioner.

Mr. Ravi Prakash Dwivedi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the retiral benefits of the petitioner have already been paid and now the writ petition has become infructuous. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as has become infructuous.
