JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Brahampura P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 dated 28.07.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

At the outset, it is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition investigation has been completed and police have already submitted charge-sheet. He contended that in view of the subsequent development, the writ petition may be disposed
