2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 308,504/506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with khanti causing injury which was found to be dangerous to life.
