JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned A.P.P. for the State. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 02.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 29175 of 2021, wherein the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 25.01.2022 (Annexure 8 to the bail application).

Since charges have been framed against the petitioner as such the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
