The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard both parties.

The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application :

1. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders for commanding and directing the respondents authorities to pay the retirement benefit of the petitioner with effect from 30.06.2018 which is being withheld by concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7106 of 2019(5) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 authorities without any valid reason as well as the further prayer for the interest on basis of market rate of the arrears which was delayed payment by virtue of negligence and neglecting attitude of concerned authorities.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No.3 for redressal of her grievance. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No.3, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. It is further pointed out that after passing of the final order, the admitted dues of the petitioner, if any, be paid within a period of two months from the date of disposal of representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
