The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 336/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though initially, the case was registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, but the chargesheet was submitted under Section 304A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and the facts, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22413 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., XV, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 336/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
