JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the instant petition for modification of conditions imposed under Cr.Misc. No. 51583/2014 whereby and whereunder petitioner had already been granted bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not in a position to fulfil the conditions so imposed. The conditions which had been inflicted upon the petitioner happen to be on account of consideration of nature of the criminal activity so alleged inconsonance with criminal antecedent which petitioner himself had disclosed. Be that as it may, the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur is hereby directed to produce the witnesses before the learned lower court within a fortnight and on being produced, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50219 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 learned lower court will proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis till the day of delivery of the judgment.

The aforesaid exercise must be completed within three months.
