This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to make necessary correction in the marks of the petitioner in Theory-I Paper in the subject of Biology. It appears that the petitioner appeared in the Intermediate Examination (Science Stream) of 2015-17 Session and the Bihar School Examination Board published the result in which this petitioner secured only 04 marks out of 42 in TheoryI Paper of Biology subject. He applied for online scrutiny and his request was accepted. After scrutiny his marks was enhanced

By filing this writ application the petitioner prays that this Court should direct for re-evaluation of answer-sheets as the Board is not considering his request in this regard. In the writ application, the petitioner has not pointed out any rule or provision facilitating re-evaluation of the answer-sheets to a candidate. More than six years have gone and at this stage since no one is putting appearance for the petitioner, this Court has reason to believe that the petitioner has lost interest in this case.
