The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 376 of 2018 for offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case marriage took place on 3.11.2014. Counsel has drawn the attention of this Court on para-11 of the application to the effect that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in

No.7129 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri D.Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 376 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
