1. The matter is coming up for hearing since 20.06.2024 and it was adjourned on 20.06.2024 to 26.07.2024 and on 26.07.2024 also the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment and as a last indulgence, it was directed to be listed on 13.08.2024.

2. On 13.08.2024, this Court passed the following order:-

1. Inspite of posting the matter as a last indulgence, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks for an adjournment.

2. As requested, list on 13.09.2024 on payment of cost of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

3. Inspite of the said order, payment was not made to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority and the matter was listed today. But today also there is no representation for the petitioner, therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
