2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1003 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 342, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69761 of 2023 as contained in Annexure-1B. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.-I'st Class, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 1003 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
