The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 349 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of pistol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.09.2015 and he has no criminal antecedent, but after his apprehension he made accused in another case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S.Case No. 349 of 2014.
