Petitioner is in custody in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that while informant was going to Amour for the purpose of Yagaya from his motorcycle, the petitioner and others stooped the informant and assaulted the informant and snatched his sonata watch, silver bracelet and rupees 7000/- as well as motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018.

No.9428 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.
