The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code in which he is in custody since 01.10.2014.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the said suitcase could not have been recovered from two persons as has been alleged in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2014, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47367 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014.
