The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding two miscreants having snatched a sum of Rs. 1.29 lakhs approximately from the informant after intercepting him and snatching his bag. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as neither any recovery has been effected from the petitioner nor any T.I. Parade has been held to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime and moreover the name of the petitioner has transpired upon confessional statement made by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9489 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 the co-accused persons. It is submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, however, he is on bail in the said cases. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 27.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018.
