JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 11493 of 2019, arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 714 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 23 and odd litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner while traveling on a motorcycle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 24.12.2019, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7208 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 11493 of 2019, arising out of Digha P.S.
