The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39142 of 2015 as the petitioner was duly identified by the informant and looted articles were recovered from his possession. It is submitted that similarly situated accused Sikandar Khan and Abhishek Kumar have already been granted bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43770 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 36200 of 2015 by a coordinate bench of this court and the case of petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.51508 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ankachha Kasyap, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in Aanti P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
