Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Headmaster.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that many juniors to the petitioner have been considered for grant of promotion as Headmaster but the petitioner has been denied promotion. He submits that on 5.12.2019 the petitioner represented the District Programme Officer (Establishment),

Patna High Court CWJC No.2583 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 Vaishali vide Annexure-2 and the same is pending before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner and consider the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion if any person junior to the petitioner has been granted promotion. Necessary decision on the representation with all consequential benefit may be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
