The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 380 / 457 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed theft of ornaments, cash of Rs. 40,000/- and other valuable items in the official residence of Additional Sessions Judge - II, Purnea.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and not a single stolen article has been recovered from her possession. Till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade and she is in custody since 01.11.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 486 of 2021.
