JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) No. 5284 of 2019 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) No. 5284 of 2019, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners
