JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections 363, 366A/34 of the IPC and 3(I)(X) of the SC/ST Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best the allegation against the petitioner may be of facilitating the girl to meet Koushar Mian against whom the main allegation has been levelled in the FIR. He further submits that the said girl has also married Koushar Mian, who has already been released on bail by the court below itself.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Bagaha (Bhairoganj)
