Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to pay retiral benefits of the petitioner including the arrears after fixing his salary according to pay revision with effect from the year 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16578 of 2017(3) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 State respondents have not filed any counter affidavit and, therefore, it would be appropriate that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No.1 who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time. Considering the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent No.1, the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna within two months from today and thereafter the respondent No.1 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four months thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
